Aufgaben

Setup, roll out, and implement Sales technical and complementary skill trainings for the AGCS/Allianz Group Key Account Manages worldwide, in alignment with the Corporate and Specialty LoBs needs in order to guarantee the company goals and priorities achievement
Review and Develop the AGCS Sales Academy Qualification System and contribute to the definition of the equivalence amongst the different AZ Sales/UW Academies Accreditation/Qualification systems
Develop Development Path and future skill-set/ capabilities for Global Distribution community
Utilize new learning methodologies (e.g. blended learning, e-learning, video, LinkedIn, etc.)
Align and Collaborate with other Functional Academies

Qualifikation

Currently doing a Bachelor or Master degree (enrolment at university is a requirement for duration of the employment), preferably in Communications Science, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Financial Services or other relevant fields
Fluent in German and English
Good Communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge with content management systems and photo editing tools
High degree of accuracy, reliability, initiative and independent working style
High self-motivation, creative and active team player

Based in Munich you will support the Head of Sales Academy in the whole spectrum of instructional lifecycle as well as in special projects. You will be supporting in the setup, roll out, and implementation of Sales technical and complementary skill trainings for the AGCS Key Account Managers/Allianz Group Underwriters worldwide, in alignment with the Corporate and Specialty LoBs incl. ARC needs in order to guarantee the company goals and priorities achievement.
